Application

Used as a natural and synthetic diene rubber and polychloroprene compounds ultra-accelerator in rubber, tyre and cable industry.

Appearance, properties

Light-grey cylindrical granules. Non-dusting accelerator with good distribution in rubber compounds obtained by granulation of tetramethylthiuramdisulphide with paraffin. Insoluble in water. Well-soluble in chloroform. Partly soluble in acetone.
