Application
Used:
- as an additive for control of microorganisms in water-miscible metalworking lubricating fluids;
- as a disinfectant of equipment and operation systems using lubricating fluids.
It is a fungicide and a bactericide at the same time.
Appearance, properties
Yellow to light-brown liquid (a greenish hue and a deposit are permissible). Well soluble in water and alcohols, insoluble in ether, benzene and chloroform.
